Laboratory network

Bangkok is our centre of analysis.

Dubai, Hong Kong and Taipei are service and client support offices only; Dubai also provides training. They cannot receive, store or forward physical gemstones. Never dispatch a specimen without confirmed instructions from Bangkok.

Physical gemstones are accepted only at the main laboratory in Bangkok after submission instructions have been confirmed. Dubai, Hong Kong and Taipei cannot accept, store or forward specimens.

Our laboratory operates in English. You may write in your own language, but details in English help us avoid follow-up questions and start work sooner.

Use a specialist valuables courier with continuous door-to-door insurance to Bangkok. Do not send gemstones to Dubai, Hong Kong or Taipei, and do not use ordinary post or a standard parcel service.
