Before shipping, provide the material, approximate carat weight, loose or mounted condition and required documentation. The laboratory will confirm specimen suitability, turnaround and fee before proceeding.

Enter the report number and PIN in the secure verification portal. Reports issued after 1 July 2025 may also be accessed using the QR code printed on the document.
